Police Blotter: August 23-29

The following people were arrested between August 23 and August 29. The information is provided by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office.

August 23

* Robert Huber, 36, of St. Pete Beach, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of loitering and prowling. His bond was set at $250.

* Kevin Mcinerney, 51, of St. Petersburg, was arrested misdemeanor charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence. His bond was set at $650.

August 24

* Lauren Sukiennik, 20, of St. Petersburg, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence.

August 25

* Glenn Dobbie, 54, of Treasure Island, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of disorderly intoxication and is on hold for immigration and customs enforcement. His bond was set at $100.

Michael Shoupe, 49, of St. Pete Beach was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence.

* Kristopher Winton, 45, of St. Pete Beach was arrested on two misdemeanor charges of sleeping in a public place and possessing an open container of alcohol in public. He was arrested again for a felony charge of petty theft. His bond was set at $500.

August 26

Thomas Bush, 38, of St. Pete Beach, was arrested for a felony charge of fraudulent use of personal identification information and a misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana.

Brad Baytos, 47, of St. Pete Beach, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of domestic related battery.

August 27

James Smith, 39, of St. Pete Beach, was arrested on a felony charge of battery. His bond was set at $2,500.

Keith Achuff, 42, of St. Pete Beach, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence.

Matthew Hearn, 24, of Federalsburg, MD, was arrested on misdemeanor charge of resisting an officer without violence.

August 28

Scott Rysanek, 40, of Treasure Island, was arrested on misdemeanor charges resisting an officer without violence and domestic battery.

Jorge Reyes, 52, of Sarasota, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of trespassing after warning. His bond was set at $250.
