* John Brackett, 47, of St. Petersburg, was arrested for a misdemeanor charge of domestic battery. His bond was set at $500.

* Guillermo Trejos, 44, of St Pete Beach, was arrested for a felony charge of sexual battery. His bond was set at $10,000.

* Kevin McLaughlin, 58, of Treasure Island, was arrested for a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence.

* Gary Spiess, 47, of St Petersburg, was arrested for felony charge of domestic battery on a person 65 years of age or older.

* Paul St. Laurent, 43, of Madeira Beach, was arrested for a felony charge of burglary. His bond was set at $5,000.

* Craig Bloomfield, 27, of Treasure Island, was arrested for a felony charge of sale of marijuana and a misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana. His bond was set at $6,000.

* Judith Crookston, 66, of St. Petersburg, was arrested on a felony charge of retail theft with five priors. Her bond was set at $2,000.

* John Barnes, 58, of St. Pete Beach, was arrested on misdemeanor charges of driving with a suspended license and driving under the influence. His bond is set at $750.
