Police Blotter: November 22-28

The following people were arrested between November 22 and November 28. The information is provided by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office.

November 22

* Leah Bamman 29, of St. Petersburg, was arrested on felony charges failure to appear in court and possession of Alprazolam. Her bond was set at $7,000.

* Sean Heatherman, 51, of Yorktown, Virg., was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of domestic battery.

* Jared Hill, 18, of Lutz, was arrested on a felony charge of burglary in an unoccupied conveyance.

November 24

Rose St. John, 67, of Treasure Island, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence.

November 25

Leo Fink, 69, of St. Petersburg, was arrested for a misdemeanor charge of street vending.

John Risener, 46, of Lakeland, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct. His bond was set at $250.

Brandan Shine, 32, of Tampa, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of trespassing after warning.

November 26

Sierra List, 29, of Madeira Beach, was arrested for misdemeanor charges of possession of paraphernalia and driving under the influence. Her bond was set at $650.

Andrew Mieir, 22, of Valrico, was arrested on a felony charge of driving with a suspended license. His bond was set at $5,000.

Robert Taylor, 43, of St. Pete Beach, was arrested for a misdemeanor charge of possession of paraphernalia.

November 27

Ryan Bell, 23, of Madeira Beach, was arrested for felony charges of criminal mischief and battery on health service personnel and misdemeanor charges of resisting arrest without violence and petit theft. His bond was set at $11,163.

Tami Hallam, 42, of Gulfport, was arrested on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence.

Deanna Raybon, 47, of Largo, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence.
