Police Blotter: October 11 - 16.

The following people were arrested between October 11 and October 16. The information is provided by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office.

October 11

  • Paul N. Raptelis, 61, of Treasure Island, was arrested for the misdemeanor of having a dog on the beach. He was released on $88 bond.  
  • Anne Marie Minardi, 50, of Redington Shores, was arrested for misdemeanor possession of Roxycontin (Oxycodone). She was released on $2,000 bond.

 

October 12

  • Richard D. DiCarlo, 38, of St. Pete Beach, was arrested for felony charges of grand theft. His bond was set at $5,000.
  • Cory Patrick Giordano, 26, of St. Pete Beach, was arrested for felony burglary of an unoccupied dwelling. His bond was set at $10,000.
  • David Earl Graham, 50, of Treasure Island, was arrested for felony violation of parole/battery on law enforcement officer. He was released on a $2,000 bond.
  • Charles Curry Smith, 22, of St. Petersburg, was arrested by St. Pete Beach police for felony theft of property by an employee. He was put on a supervised release.

 

October 13

  • Herman Walter Katzel, a 59 year-old from South Pasadena, was arrested by Treasure Island Police for a misdemeanor charge of false reporting a crime. He was released on a $150 bond.
  • James Joseph Knapp, 19, was arrested by St. Pete Beach police for felony burglary. He was released on a $5,000 bond.
  • John Edward Moran, 55, of St. Pete Beach, was arrested for misdemeanor domestic battery. In addition, he was charged with violation of a pre-trial release. His bond was set for $5,005.
  • Jeremy Ryan Morrison, 23, of St. Petersburg, was arrested by St. Pete Beach police for three felony counts: possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana with intent to sell and no valid driver's license. He was released on a bond of $5,400.
  • Michael Smigelski, a 50 year-old transient, was arrested by St. Pete Beach police for misdemeanor open container of alcohol. He was released with no bond.

 

October 15

  • Ronald R Harris, 61, of St. Petersburg, was arrested by St. Pete Beach police for misdemeanor disorderly intoxication  in a public place. He was released for time served.

 

October 16

  • Thomas Eugene Crawford, a 51 year-old transient, was arrested by St. Pete Beach police for a misdemeanor violation of injunction/protection from domestic violence. He was released on a $5,000 bond.
  • Timothy Brennan Farrell, 28, of Treasure Island, was arrested for two counts of felony battery. He is being held on $10,000 bond.
  • Harold Iora Merchant, 66, of St. Petersburg, was arrested by Treasure Island police for a misdemeanor DUI. He was released on his own recognizance.
  • Jacob Paul Parsons, 30, of St. Petersburg, was arrested by Treasure Island police for four felony counts: domestic battery, tampering with a state witness, resisting arrest without violence and fraudulent use of a credit card. He is being held on $15,150 bond.
  • Ashley Marie Reyes , 23, of Tampa, was arrested by Treasure Island police for misdemeanor battery. She is being held with no bond set.
  • Brandon David Tutt, 30, of Atlanta, GA, was arrested by St. Pete Beach police for misdemeanor domestic battery. He was released on his own recognizance.
