Round 3: Who Has the Best Customer Service?

Patch's Best Customer Service contest moves forward with the 16 sweetest local businesses that know how to treat their customers right.

We visited the businesses and gave each a gift bag with a $5 coupon for a sweet SnoBalls snowcone. We also wished them luck.
