Seminole Man Accused Of Posting Tweets Threatening Disney World
During a three-hour period, detectives said, Steven James Jordan posted 186 threatening tweets.

SEMINOLE, FL — A Seminole man has been arrested after being accused of threatening to blow up the homes of Walt Disney World executives on Twitter.
The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office has charged Steven James Jordan, 38, of 12300 Seminole Blvd., with threatening to throw, place or discharge a destructive device.
The Central Florida Intelligence Exchange said it notified detectives Wednesday about the threatening tweets and traced them to Jordan, who created a Twitter account on Aug. 8.

During a three-hour period, Jordan posted 186 threatening tweets, detectives said.
According to detectives, two of the tweets were directed at Walt Disney World and stated, "@Disney or we will blowup all of your execs houses with C4" and "@Disney I will toss a hand grenadethrew their loft window."

Several other tweets were directed toward Activision Games, making derogatory comments about its executives.
On Aug. 9, Twitter suspended Jordan's account.
When detectives interviewed Jordan, he admitted to posting the threatening tweets, authorities said.
According to detectives, Jordan was convicted in 2019 of making a false report about planting a bomb, explosive or weapon of mass destruction.
Jordan is being held at the Pinellas County Jail on $10,000 bail.
