St. Pete Beaches Patch Welcomes Staffer Rachel Jolley

Rachel Jolley is a Florida native and knows a lot of people in the 'burg, at USF and at St. Pete Beach. Now she works full time as Assistant Editor for Patch.

Rachel Jolley is a USF grad, daughter of a retired fire official and St. Pete native to boot. She also is the new Assistant Editor for the Old Northeast-St. Pete Patch, the Gulfport Patch and Pinellas Beaches Patch.

Rachel has been a freelance contributor for the Old Northeast Patch since December 2010. Now we're happy to make that relationship official. Her primary responsibilities will be to help with reporting and coverage in the south Pinellas communities.

Rachel covers a lot of downtown St. Pete entertainment for Patch and has written numerous profiles of people and businesses. Now we will expand that role.

Please welcome Rachel. For many locals, she's a familiar face on the beaches, where she did a lot of photo work for Caddy's on the Beach last summer. When she's not at work, Rachel coaches club teams at Azalea Youth Soccer League. She likes to hang out at the parks downtown, Starbucks, Hooker Tea, 600 Block and Jannus Live.
