Swim to Win: Masters Program Starts

Even though it's getting chilly (for Floridians), it's still a great time to hit the pool.

The Perform Coaching Group is now hosting the Masters Program at the pool at the St. Pete Beach Rec Center.

The group is set up to help individuals train for different aquatic events such as, open water races, pool competitions and triatholons. 

The training is part of the U.S. Masters Swimming, a group organized around the benefits of adult swimming and water fitness.

The training is every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 7 a.m. The training costs $70 a month and participants must be members of the U.S. Masters organization.
