Temple Terrace Fire Inspector Accused Of Possessing Child Porn

SEMINOLE, FL — A Temple Terrace fire inspector has been arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office and charged with 20 counts of possessing child pornography.

Casey Hannah, 40, of 115th Street North, Seminole, was arrested Wednesday at his home following a three-month investigation after officials said they received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Detectives obtained a search warrant for Hannah's Microsoft OneDrive account and said they found thousands of images and videos of child pornography, from infants to young teenagers, dating back to January 2000.

Hannah is currently employed as a fire inspector by the city of Temple Terrace and was previously employed as a firefighter for Suncoast Fire Rescue.

The city of Temple Terrace released the following statement:

"We have been in contact with the Pinellas County Sherriff’s office regarding Casey Hannah. In light of his arrest and the ensuing investigation, Hannah was terminated from his position as fire inspector for the Temple Terrace Fire Department effective today."
