Gone to the Dogs Boutique's Fourth Annual Costume Contest brought out many pups in delightful outfits.

Humans aren't the only ones who like to get dressed up at the end of October.

This past Friday, Gone to the Dogs Boutique on Corey Avenue put on their fourth annual Howl-O-Ween Costume Contest.

The costume contest is put on as part of Corey Avenue's Halloween party and benefits the Pet Pals Animal Shelter in St. Petersburg.

While dogs are the only ones who can enter the contest, many owners came dressed up along with their pups.

While awards are given out for different categories, dressing up canines for some socialization is one of the perks that comes with no cost.

After all, dogs love to celebrate Halloween too.
