Weekend on the Beach: August 5-7

Looking for something to do this weekend? Check these great events will have you covered for the weekend.

1. Hip Expressions is putting on their Sunset Hookah Lounge on 7:45 p.m. on Saturday on Upham Beach. There'll dancing, hookahs and live music. Hang around after sunset for a cool fire show.
2. For cigar lovers, is holding a on Saturday at 7 p.m. The event will have lots of Oliva cigar specials and special raffles. 
3. If you want something fun to do with the kids, check out the  at the  tonight. Where else are you going to be able to swim and watch a movie at the same time? The movie this week is Madagascar. Tickets are $3 and the show starts at 8 p.m.
4. For those looking to hit the town and party, the  has you covered on Saturday night. Their  turns the lounge into a nightclub to get people on their feet. There’ll be a live dj spinning new music throughout the night. The party gets started at 10 p.m.
5. If you're in the mood for barbecue, blues and dogs, check out he Paws for Vets Barbecue Blues Benefit on Sunday at the St. Pete Lions Club Beach House. The event starts at 2 p.m. and will collecting money for the Paws for Vets. There'll be barbecue and a live blues band. The event costs $15.
