What's on Your Bucket List?

It's called a lot of things. Some people call it a bucket list. Others may not even have a name for it. Whatever you call it, most people have a list of things they'd like to do before they die.

Recently, my wife and I have been watching a show called The Buried Life through Netflix. The show chronicles four young men traveling the country trying to mark things off their own list and helping other people achieve goals on their own respective lists.

The show is made to be inspiring and pushes the message of not waiting to accomplish the things to do and to live each day like its your last. It has got both my wife and I thinking, "What do we want to do before we die?"

After watching the show, my wife and I have started making our own list together. My number one thing I'd like to do is make a film and show it in a theater. I've always been a big movie buff and have wanted to make a film to show off. I've never been able to decide on the genre though. I tend to gravitate towards horror, but I think I'd like to make a documentary as well.

My wife, being the wild spirit of our relationship, has always wanted to do demolition derby. She's actually looked into it and may have found an outlet to do it in next April in Kentucky. Hopefully the car she gets to drive for it will be well-equipped to take damage without damaging her.
