What Should Replace Sloppy Pelican?

The Sloppy Pelican, once a beach standard, is shut down and something new will be going in the attractive property that once housed the famous St. Pete Beach bar.

The property, located at the corner of 75th Avenue and Sunset Way, stands on two up and features a great view of the Gulf.

What we'd like to know is what you think should be going in place of the Sloppy Pelican? Do you want another bar to take it's place? Would you rather a nice restaurant? Or do you have a different great idea that would benefit for the location?
