"I was in school as well. I remember being in class and having the televisions rolled out in the classroom. I was in complete shock." Jennifer D. let us know about her experience with 9/11 in school.
"I was at work at the time and got a phone call from my wife. It was nerve-wracking and I drove home immediately to be with my wife. She was frightened and I wanted to be with her." Sam S. told us about how he put his family first.

"The first thing I remember thinking about is if my sister was okay. She lived in New York at the time. It took a while to get a hold of her and I was tense the whole time until I talked to her." John G. let us know about how worried he was until he could talk to his sister.
