PLANT CITY, FL -- A 72-year-old Plant City man has been charged with sexual battery of a child after two teens came forward and told investigators they had been sexually abused for 10 years.
In March, a 17-year-old told Hillsborough County Sheriff’s deputies that David Kenneth Buser, 604 N. Forbes Road, Plant City, had been sexually abusing her since 2008 when she was about 6 years old.
Afterward, another 17-year-old came forward to say she, too, was sexually battered by Buser from 2008 to November 2017. She also was about 6 years old when the abuse reportedly began.
