• Plant City Traffic Alert: Westbound I-4 Ramp From County Line Road To Shut Down Sunday Night (tampafp.com) — Plant City drivers who use the westbound I-4 on-ramp at County Line Road need to plan ahead: it will close Sunday, Sept. 20 at 8 p.m. and reopen Monday at 6 a.m. Crews will be paving, and a signed detour via North Frontage Road and Park Road will guide you back onto I-4 westbound.
   

• Obituaries 09.17.26 (plantcityobserver.com) — Plant City is mourning several community members, including John Boyd of Plant City, whose celebration of life will be held Sept. 29 at Wells Memorial Center with military honors and lunch. The obituary list also remembers residents with ties to Valrico, Tampa, and Plant City High School, inviting friends and neighbors to reflect and offer condolences online.
