Dover Man Killed In Single-Vehicle Accident

DOVER, FL -- The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office is investigating a traffic fatality that occurred around 3:30 a.m. Sunday, April 8.

According to the sheriff's office, Felix Rubio, 54, of Dover was driving his Dodge Durango pickup truck south on Moores Lake Road just south of Haynes Road when he drove into a ditch. While Rubio was trying to drive out of the ditch, the truck overturned. Rubio was pronounced dead at the scene.
