Sheriff's Office Investigates Murder-Suicide In Plant City

PLANT CITY, FL -- Homicide detectives are on scene of a murder-suicide.

Around 3:15 p.m. Friday, Hillsborough County Sheriff's deputies were called to Wen Bar Circle in the Magnolia Hill neighborhood in Plant City for reports of shots fired.

A man inside the home at 304 Wen Bar Circle told dispatchers there had been a shooting and quickly hung up. Deputies arrived and found a man and women dead. Detectives believe the man and women were married at one point, but say the man was currently living in another part of the state.

This is an ongoing investigation.
