• PSTA to end Snapper Safety Harbor service Oct. 1 (baynews9.com) — On-demand Snapper Safety Harbor rides will end October 1 after PSTA's board cut the low-ridership service to help balance its 2027 budget, affecting trips to Countryside Mall and around town. Some Safety Harbor families and the Mattie Williams Neighborhood Family Center say riders without cars will struggle, and many doubt PSTA's new Direct Connect Uber and Lyft option will meet daily needs.
