$1M Scratch-Off Prize Claimed By Sarasota Woman: FL Lottery

SARASOTA, FL — A Sarasota woman claimed a $1 million top prize playing the 50X the Cash scratch-off game, according to a Florida Lottery news release.

Leslye Jaramillo, 37, chose to receive her winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $890,000 at the Florida Lottery headquarters in Tallahassee.

Jaramillo purchased her winning ticket from Super Stop at 3138 17th Street in Sarasota. The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the ticket.

50X THE CASH, a $5 game, features more than $131 million in cash prizes, including 15 top prizes of $1 million. The game's overall odds of winning are 1-in-3.97.
