Accused Flasher Blames Wardrobe Malfunction for Crime
The man is said to have exposed himself to a group of Delray Beach students twice in one day.

While itās unclear if a Delray Beach man took a cue from Janet Jackson in blaming a wardrobe malfunction for indecent exposure, it is clear the 25-year-old now faces a number of criminal charges.
The case against Kentuan Deshawn Bell began to unfurl Tuesday morning when a group of four girls, ages 14 to 16, were walking toward Carver Middle School, the Sun-Sentinel reported. The students said they saw a man walking toward them with his genitalia exposed. Those same kids spotted the man yet again near the schoolās bike racks and tipped off officials.
School and Delray Beach Police began searching for the man described by the girls and they were able to catch up with him a short time later.

Bell also told officers he generally wears āsaggingā pants and that might have caused the slips that landed him in hot water.
Wardrobe malfunction or not, Bell was charged with multiple counts of lewd and lascivious behavior, trespassing on school grounds and violation of probation. He was being held Friday at the Palm Beach County Jail without bond courtesy of the violation charge.
Bell, records indicate, was jailed last June on indecent exposure charges, along with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia charges.
