AdFed Suncoast Announces New Florida Liaison
Tim Hennessy to work in Lee, Collier and Charlotte Counties

AdFed Suncoast, the local club of the American Advertising Federation, has welcomed Tim Hennessy to act as new liaison for Southwest Florida. In his role with AdFed Suncoast, Tim will reach out to present, past and potential members in Lee, Collier and Charlotte counties; working to increase membership while serving as the point person for the region. Leading up to the American Advertising Awards (ADDYs), Tim will establish entry drop-off locations for advertising agencies, independent creative professionals, and in-house marketing divisions in Fort Myers and Naples.
“We are thrilled to have Tim represent AdFed Suncoast in Southwest Florida,” said Shane Hughes, AdFed Suncoast board president. “Our club covers several counties, and his support will help make our presence, membership and participation stronger overall.”
Tim Hennessy is an account executive at Waterman Broadcasting in Fort Myers. He began his career as a production assistant with Nexstar Media Group, rising in the ranks to sale manager at Media General, Raycom, and Comcast Spotlight prior to his current position at Waterman. Hennessy is an active member of several non-profit and business empowerment committees while serving on the Human and Veteran Services Council of Lee County, the Lee County Parks and Recreation Advisory Board, and the marketing committee for Develop North Fort Myers task-force of the Horizon Council.
