All Faiths Food Bank earns another ‘Top Workplace’ award

All Faiths Food Bank has just been named one of the Sarasota-Manatee Top Workplaces 2026 by the Herald-Tribune; the nonprofit organization was also recognized with an award for "Best Benefits Package." This comes on the heels of the nonprofit being named one of the 100 Best Companies To Work For in Florida 2026 by Florida Trend at the end of July.

The Top Workplaces 2026 awards program is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey, administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling respected and supported, enabled to grow, and empowered to execute, to name a few.
