RE/MAX Alliance Group of Southwest Florida Presents Check On Children’s Miracle Network Telethon

SARASOTA, FLORIDA -- RE/MAX Alliance Group presented a check for $111,643 on behalf of RE/MAX agents in the Tampa area during the 30th Annual All Children’s Telethon on Sunday, June 2, on WFLA, Channel 8. The check was presented by RE/MAX Alliance Group President Peter Crowley, with his sister Cara Crowley, nephew Max LaForge and niece Phoebe LaForge.

RE/MAX Alliance Group received the honor of presenting the check as the largest contributor of all RE/MAX offices in Florida, exceeding $34,000 in contributions in 2012, earning the Florida Region Community Citizenship Award from the RE/MAX Florida Region.

The telethon raised $4,154,917 for Children’s Miracle Network, which raises funds for more than 170 pediatric hospitals across the country, including All Children’s Hospital.

“Supporting our local Children's Miracle Network hospital is part of the RE/MAX spirit,” said President Peter Crowley. “Our agents are immensely proud to support All Children’s Hospital and to give back to this community in which we earn our living and raise our families.” RE/MAX associates make a contribution to CMN with each closed transaction. RE/MAX offices and agents also sponsor golf tournaments and organize a variety of other fundraising activities throughout the year.
