The New Moon is a powerful time to set intentions, recharge goals, plant seeds, become more focused, and create space for new ideas and beginnings. &nbsp;

The sound vibrations create changes on a cellular level, restoring the body back to a harmonized frequency. All seems hopeless until a lot of wine and a little magic transform a hunk of clay into the answer to all of their problems. This special 2 hour 30 minute journey begins with a 90 minute sound bath led by Kelly Kelita, followed by a powerful 60 minute gong finale.

As you float in a hammock, layered soundscapes, crystal singing bowls, metal bowls, chimes, and deep vibrations create a calming atmosphere where stress begins to melt away, thoughts become quieter, and the body can fully relax.
The evening concludes with a one hour gong experience designed to help release tension, clear mental clutter, and leave you feeling grounded, restored, and refreshed.

She calls herself a storyteller because over the years she has written hundreds of songs and instrumentals, 3 historical novels, 2 non-fiction books, 4 children’s books, and piano tutorials and she does keynote speaking and workshops. She is the book writer, lyricist, and composer of 2 musicals. Town Square University Park

Town Square University Parkway is a unique senior center, adult day center, and community resource center located in Sarasota, Florida. Designed as an immersive 1950s-themed town, our 15,000-square-foot center provides a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for older adults while offering education, resources, and respite for caregivers. Our mission is to help older adults thrive through meaningful engagement, social connection, health support, and purposeful programming. We serve individuals living with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, stroke recovery, mild cognitive impairment, and other age-related conditions, while also welcoming seniors seeking socialization and community involvement. Unlike traditional adult day centers, The Club combines evidence-based programming with a nostalgic environment that encourages conversation, memory recall, creativity, and participation. Members can enjoy a variety of themed spaces including Rosie’s Diner, an Art Studio, Movie Theater, Library, Garden Shop, Recreation Center, Barbershop, and more. Each day is filled with activities designed to promote cognitive stimulation, physical wellness, social engagement, and emotional well-being. Town Square University Parkway is also a recognized leader in FREE caregiver education and support. We proudly offer a variety of free programs that are open to the public, including dementia caregiver support groups, Parkinson's support groups, Mild Cognitive Impairment support groups, grief and loss support, educational seminars, Memory Cafés, senior breakfasts, and community resource events. These programs provide families with trusted information, practical strategies, and meaningful connections to others navigating similar challenges. Our interdisciplinary approach includes partnerships with healthcare providers, rehabilitation specialists, behavioral health professionals, transport &amp; community organizations to ensure families have access to comprehensive support.
