Child Porn Arrest Yields 40 Charges For 21-Year-Old Sarasota Man: SCSO

SARASOTA, FL — A 21-year-old Sarasota man faces 40 felony counts of possession of child pornography, according to a Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office news release.

Jaydon Krupa has also been charged with one felony county of transmission of child pornography by electronic device or equipment, the agency said.

Krupa was arrested Wednesday after deputies investigated a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

NCMEC shared information with the sheriff’s office about the suspected uploading and distributing of illicit images to a particular IP address, SCSO said.

After a detailed investigation of the alleged source and contents, officers verified the location of the suspicious files and charged Krupa. During a search of his electronic devices, detectives recovered numerous images and videos determined to be child pornography, the sheriff’s office said.
