Chipotle Adding 4,000 Jobs Nationwide

Job seekers with a passion for Chipotle may want to put Sept. 9 on their calendars.

That’s the day Chipotle Mexican Grill is staging its National Career Day. During the one-day event all American locations plan to interview up to 60 applicants each between 8 and 11 a.m. The chain is looking to add 4,000 new employees across the country.

Chipotle employs more than 60,000 people at locations across the country right now. The addition of 4,000 more jobs was announced in a media release Wednesday.

“We are constantly looking for great people to join our team,” Monty Moran, the company’s co-chief executive officer stated in the release. “Regardless of your background or experience, you can succeed at Chipotle if you have a passion for making the people around you better. For people who embrace that culture, the opportunities are tremendous, and we hope job-seekers looking to further their career and join a dynamic team will come join us on National Career Day.”
