November's Builder Confidence Holds Firm
Single-Family homes were unchanged in November. For six consecutive months now builders view the market more favorably than not. Interest rates continue to play a part b/c of being so low. How long with this last? Nobody has that answer. We could wake up one morning and they can be a point or more higher. So much comes into play here. Economists are predicting the worst Christmas shopping season in a long time. That remains to be seem. A good indicator will be Black Friday! Stay Tuned!
