Donald Trump Making Sarasota Appearance

Donald Trump is stumping for votes in Sarasota this weekend.
The Republican Presidential candidate has announced a rally at Robarts Arena, 3000 Ringling Blvd., on Saturday, Nov. 28. Doors open at 9:30 a.m. with Trump’s appearance planned for noon, according to the event listing on EventBrite.
Trump supporters who wish to get tickets for the free event can register on EventBrite. It is unclear how many tickets are being offered.

Not everyone is happy to see Trump making an appearance in the Sunshine State. A protest is already planned outside the rally. The Answer Coalition and UNO: United Nations plan to setup outside the venue from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. to “defend the rights of immigrants, refugees, and others marginalized by groups that Trump is targeting,” according to the Sarasota Herald Tribune.
