Emerson Lakes Promotes Adam Zubowsky to Associate Executive Director
Erickson Senior Living community coming to Lakewood Ranch, Fla., has promoted Adam Zubowsky to associate executive director
Lakewood Ranch, FL – Emerson Lakes, an Erickson Senior Living community coming to Lakewood Ranch, Fla., has promoted Adam Zubowsky to associate executive director. In this key leadership role, Zubowsky will now help lead community operations and enhance the resident experience for the scenic 46-acre campus. Most recently, he served as sales director.
“Adam’s commitment to Emerson Lakes and the Erickson Senior Living mission has been evident throughout his tenure,” said Executive Director Matt Neville. “We are excited for him to bring his strong leadership, collaborative approach, and exceptional relationship-building skills to the operational side of the community.”
Zubowsky joined Erickson Senior Living in 2020 as sales counselor at Avery Point, an Erickson Senior Living-managed community in Richmond, Va. He was promoted to Sales Director of Emerson Lakes in 2023.

Zubowsky graduated from Louisiana State University with a B.A. in Mass Communications.
Construction of Emerson Lakes has been underway since 2024, beginning with Sandhill Point, the community’s first residential building, set to open in early 2027. The two-story, 50,000-square-foot Coral Ridge clubhouse, which will serve as the heart of the community, is scheduled to open later this year. Designed to inspire engagement and wellness, it will feature game and card rooms, creative arts spaces, club meeting spaces, a fitness studio, a resort-style swimming pool with lap lanes, a zero-entry ramp, and spa tub.

Coral Ridge will also elevate the dining experience with two signature restaurant options: Water's Edge, café-style dining on the lower level, and Breeze Point, an elevated, reservation-based restaurant with a bar and expanded seating on the second floor. Each restaurant will feature more than 25 rotating entree options, with executive chefs regularly updating menus to provide fresh, seasonal selections.
