Beginner's run or walk training program. We are training for the Race for the Cure 5k/10k on Oct. 1. We have 2 group runs/walks per week with educational sessions along the way. Group workouts Tues 6pm and Sat 8am. Lots of fun, goodies, sweat, encouragement, and friendship. This is a beginner's program. Also advanced option for 10k.
