This class will focus on Wheat Beers...American Wheat, German Hefeweizen, Belgian Witbier...

He "teaches" about the history of the style, the beer-making techniques of the style, discusses the general flavor and aroma profiles of the style, and some commercial examples of the style in the US and abroad...

Each "student" will also enjoy 4 tasting glasses of 4 different commercial beers in that style - discussion to follow each gulp!
