This workshop will cover basic lampworking techniques and skills. Basic bead making is about Safety- FIRST. While working on a Hot Head torch with Mapp gas, students will use 104 COE glass to make beads. We will pull stringers and decorate with them. We also make beads out of 'found' glass. All beads on Thursday will be annealed that night and returned on Friday. Beads made on Friday will be returned to the Art Center for pick up.
