Anyone interested in photography will want to attend when Hermitage Fellow Robert Blake, Chair Emeritus, International Center of Photography, New York presents “I am Not a Photograph," a commissioned 12-minute video combining photographs, text, live voice and music in a performative sequence. The images were selected with special permission from the archive of the International Center of Photography, New York. The work was only shown once before to the general public, at the "Rencontres d'Arles in Provence, France, July 2005. Discussion to follow.
