The elaborate brunch buffet features many of Libby’s popular classics with some seasonal additions and creative touches, offering diners of all ages something out-of-the ordinary that showcases tradition-with-a-twist. Diners can choose from more than 35 items, including Prime Rib and Smoked Ham Carving station, Iced Seafood and Shellfish Display and Omelette and Dessert Stations. Other notable choices include Sunday Brunch items such as House Biscuits and Gravy, Blueberry Pancakes with Warm Maple Syrup, Scrambled Eggs, and Applewood Bacon and Maple Sausage Links. A mix of freshly prepared salads including Tuscan Roasted Artichokes, Grilled Asparagus with Truffle Aioli, Orzo Pasta Greek Salad and Kimchi Lettuce Cups offer some lighter options.
