
Chef Paul Mattison, executive chef and proprietor of Mattison's™, announces a Benziger Wine-Pairing Dinner at Mattison's Forty-One, 7275 South Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, Florida 34231 on Thursday, August 25, 2011 from 6:30pm. The Benziger Family Winery in California is a certified sustainable farm and is actively practicing Biodynamic (or organic) farming. Chef Paul Mattison is working with local farms to procure fresh ingredients and locally grown products for each course to properly complement the wine. Troy Heisman attends the evening as a vineyard representative and guides you through the wines.
