FALL/WINTER SESSIONS:

Sept. 29 – Dec. 1, 2012 -- 10-week session, goal race(s): Phillippi Shores 7K or 1 mile (Oct. 13), Bill's Beer Run/1 & 5 mile options (Oct 27), Women's Magazine/St Pete Half Marathon or 5K (Nov. 18)

Dec. 8, 2012 - Mar. 23, 2013
-- 15-week session, goal race: First Watch Sarasota Half Marathon or 2-person relay with 5.5 and 7.6 mile legs, (Mar. 17, 2013); training sessions also includes other optional local races


 


WHEN:


7 am Thurs/Sat am training sessions (Brookside Middle track/Thurs); New Balance Sarasota, Siesta Key Sports & Physical Therapy or Marina Jack/Sat)


 


COST:


10-week session: $150/person – race registration fees additional


15-week session: $200/person – race registration fees additional


Includes a personalized training schedule; weekly coaching sessions; gait analysis, consultation and exercise recommendations from Siesta Key Sports & Physical Therapy;


New Balance technical shirt and in-store discounts; plus other professional speaker sessions in areas of nutrition and injury prevention.
