IF YOU THINK YOU'VE HEARD IT ALL. YOU HAVEN'T HEARD AT ALL! SRQ Uncovered is a monthly music showcase dedicated to bringing you the newest star bound sensations as well as some of the tried and true favorites that Sarasota (and beyond) has to offer - upstairs at the Broadway Bar in Sarasota, on the last Tuesday of every month! Hosted by Lenny Long and Reckless Deriver, an eclectic band by nature, you can expect to hear musical styles including Americana Rock, Melodic Alternative, Power Pop, and other related genres, as well as different accompanying bands every month!
August is "Singers and Lyrical Songs" month - the lineup includes local favorites The Heart Machine at 9 pm, with opening act Undr8ed debuting the NEW FULL BAND! at 7pm. doors open at 6 pm and the Broadway's regular menu will be available upstairs, as well as specials TBA. The extremely positive community response to upcoming SRQ UnCovered events indicates that this could well be the new "must-see" show in SRQ
September will be the "Age Before Beauty" edition, a night of Pop and Melodic Alternative and related styles - RD will open at 7 pm for teen sensations The Northwest, and one more band TBA -

October is gonna be "The Night Of Numerous Notes" - a jam band style show, RD's 7 pm opening set will feature songs with more guitar solos, 8 pm band TBA, and the musically intense area favorites North Trail Rythmn Project at 9 pm
