Taking Back the Ladies’ Night

The Shamrock Pub on Ringling Boulevard in Downtown Sarasota invites LP-addicts to come out every week for Vinyl Wednesday, when pub patrons are encouraged to bring their own records for resident DJs Whitney and Eric to mix.

Local ladies are also invited to come get creative at 8:30 p.m. on Wed., Aug. 29 for the second in the Shamrock’s “Taking Back the Ladies’ Night” series, tying in with the musical theme that night. The evening starts with a crash course in pumpkin beers to prepare for the fall season.

Then Metroviking and Clothesline Tees will give everybody the opportunity to try their hand at screenprinting, putting a custom design of their choosing on a hip new tank top. Beer tasting, shirts and the screenprinting class are all included for just $10.
