The Brothers Karamazov at the FSU Center for the Performing Arts

The FSU/Asolo Conservatory for Actor Training presents "The Brothers Karamazov," adapted from the novel by Fyodor Dostoyevsky.

 

This production is directed by Andrei Malaev-Babel, a Conservatory faculty member and esteemed director of several of Dostoevsky's staged works. Second-year Conservatory students will perform in this production.

Malaev-Babel, who previously staged "Brothers Karamazov" at the Stanislavsky Theater Studio in Washington, DC, says the work serves as an excellent format for Conservatory students to stretch their skills.

Pay What You Can Tuesdays Series: On Tuesday, November 1, 2011, audience members are invited to attend a production of "The Brothers Karamazov" and pay whatever they feel comfortable paying for their ticket. These special tickets are available on day of performance only.
