The Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce will launch “The Year of the Member” February 10th at its Annual Kick-Off Breakfast. Through top economic and civic leaders, The Chamber will bring to life the meeting's theme: Maximizing Your People, Your Profits, and Your Potential.
Attendees will hear 7 Chamber members, who all are highly respected business and community leaders, share strategies for success in their companies or organizations, as well as suggesting strategies that our community can use to strengthen its economy. Guest Speaker Congressman Vern Buchanan will be discussing the importance of small business to our community and the country. At the meeting, Chamber Board Chair Shaun Merriman, CEO and President of Gateway Bank of Southwest Florida, will make announcements on new Chamber member benefits and opportunities.
