F45 Training Opens In Downtown Sarasota

SARASOTA, FL -- Australian-based F45 Training, the fastest-growing fitness network, continues to expand across the world with locations in more than 36 counties. Earlier this year, F45 Training opened in downtown Sarasota, one of the first of its Florida franchises.

The fitness studio is set to bring a new style of training to the U.S. market with locations opening across the country.

F45 Training offers members 31 different functional training programs based on a high=intensity interval training- (HIIT) style workout. Open to all fitness levels, no workout is ever the same. The HIIT-style workouts incorporate more than 3,500 different exercises to ensure variation. Each 45-minute circuit-based class combines the best of strength and cardio training, designed to burn upwards of 750 calories.

“After discovering F45 while traveling in Australia, it was hard to find something comparable in the Sarasota area,” said Lamar Miller, 45, Sarasota franchise owner. “When I learned about the brand’s U.S. expansion, I jumped at the opportunity to bring F45 to Sarasota.”

F45 Training is located in downtown Sarasota at 1900 Main St. Classes are scheduled Monday through Saturday at varying times of the day to best accommodate member schedules.
