Fatal Hit-And-Run Suspect Sought In Sarasota County: FL Highway Patrol
A bicyclist was killed in an early Friday morning hit-and-run crash in Sarasota County, Florida Highway Patrol said.
SARASOTA COUNTY, FL — Investigators are looking for the car involved in a hit-and-run crash that left a bicyclist dead in Sarasota County, according to a Florida Highway Patrol news release.
The crash happened just before 12:30 a.m. at Beneva Road and Wilkinson Road.
The adult bicyclist was pronounced dead at the scene and the driver left the area, FHP said.

The agency is looking for a 2006 to 2010 silver Ford Fusion with no passenger side mirror and front-end damage.
