FL Mother, 5-Year-Old Son Missing: Sarasota County Sheriff's Office

SARASOTA, FL — Authorities are asking for public assistance in locating a missing Sarasota mother and her five-year-old son.

A Purple Alert was issued late Monday night for Corinne Dunnigan, 43, and her son, Kelvin Chirinos, according to a Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office Facebook post.

She is believed to be traveling northeast from Alabama through Georgia, the agency said.

Dunnigan was last seen driving a 2022 black Hyundai Santa Fe with a Florida license plate that reads 8164AN, SCSO said.

She is 5 feet, 9 inches tall and about 145 pounds with brown hair and green eyes.

Anyone who comes into contact with her is asked to contact local law enforcement, the sheriff’s office said.
