Florida Statewide OPEN HOUSE This Weekend

As part of the second annual Statewide Open House, realtors in Sarasota will be holding a significant number of open houses this Saturday and Sunday. With interest rates and property prices continuing to stay at all time lows, the open house event is intended to encourage buyers to step up and purchase now.

The market continues to be strong and vital in Sarasota. This week alone already 200 properties have gone under contract, a phenomenal number.  Prices range from $24,500 to $3.8 million, the majority between $200,000 and $300,000.  

Last year, the dollar amounts were significantly lower, indicating again a gentle upward trend in stabilization. 

If you are in the market for a new property, you are encouraged to get out and visit some of these open houses this weekend.  It is a great time to buy a new property.
