The Fountains ranked in top 50 places to work in Aging Services
The Fountains at Lake Pointe Woods ranked among Fortune Magazine's top 50 places to work in Aging Services

Watermark Retirement Communities and The Fountains at Lake Pointe Woods have been recognized by Fortune Magazine as one of the top 50 places to work in Aging Services. The recognition comes after Fortune research partner Great Place to Work, analyzed survey results from more than 162,000 employees working in senior housing and at-home care.
The certification process considered more than 3,000 Watermark employee surveys from across Watermark Retirement Communities’ 51 locations. The survey foundthat 92 percent of Watermark associates say their workplace has a great atmosphere, and 87 percent say their work has special meaning.

Great Place to Work Institute, which produces the annual Fortune "100 Best Companies to Work For,” is the global authority on high-trust, high-performance workplace cultures. The independent research and consulting firm, evaluated more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job, including employee pride in the organization’s community impact, belief that their work makes a difference, and feeling their work has special meaning. Rankings are based on employees’ experiences, no matter who they are or what they do.
The Fountains at Lake Pointe Woods offers independent and assisted living with short and long-term skilled nursing and rehabilitation at The Springs, an on-site health center operated by Summit Care.
