Have You Seen These Parking Sign Thieves?

Police release surveillance images of pair suspected in Oct. 25 theft.

The Sarasota Police Department released surveillance photos Tuesday of two suspects who allegedly stole a pair of parking signs last month on a downtown street.

The department has posted the 12 images on its Facebook page. The theft took place at about 5 a.m. on Oct. 25 in front of a business at 1561 Main St.

The suspects arrived at and left the area in a dark-colored SUV, the police said. The signs said “parking $5” and are valued at $250 each.
