Leah Chavie Skincare Boutique Coming to Anna Maria Island

Leah Chavie Boutique's new Florida location scheduling appointments for early July opening, with 30 percent pre-booking discount

Renowned skincare expert and makeup artist Leah Chavie is expanding her Chicago-based skincare boutique to a spectacular beachfront location on Anna Maria Island in Florida. Chavie, who is celebrating the 10thanniversary of her popular boutique in Chicago, is now scheduling appointments for the new location, which opens in early July.

The new Leah Chavie Skincare Boutique is located in a historic house nestled in the center of the charming Bradenton Beach community (115 3rd St., Bradenton Beach). It will offer the research-inspired signature services that have built Chavie’s loyal following in Chicago, with a special emphasis on treatments that address the effects of sun exposure, such as HydraFacials, infrared body wraps and laser rejuvenation. The beautiful space, located steps from white sand beaches, also will specialize in makeup application and will be available for events such as bridal showers, bachelorette parties, and yoga or meditation retreats. In addition, the boutique will sell LC Skincare Collection and Organic Mineral Makeup, as well as unique beachwear and other specialty items.

Clients can call 941-909-7869 now to schedule appointments at the new boutique, with availability beginning in July. Anyone who calls to pre-book in June will receive a 30 percent discount on the first service.

Chavie, who will frequent both her Chicago and Florida locations, says she unexpectedly found the new space while staying on Anna Maria Island this spring. “We escaped there to social distance for a week and ended up falling in love with the area and staying for three months. I happened upon this happy yellow house on the beach that was available and just right, and I realized it was the perfect place to expand my business.”

The boutique will initially serve one client at a time, to meet social distancing guidelines. In addition, the boutique’s medical director, Dr. Dominic Gaziano, is providing staff education to ensure a safe and healthy environment for employees and customers.

Chavie says she believes the Southwest Florida market, and Anna Maria Island in particular, will welcome her boutique’s clinical, research-inspired approach. She specializes in advanced technology and results-driven treatments such as stem cell therapies for face, scalp and body. The Leah Chavie Skincare Boutique in Chicago also is known for its relaxing atmosphere and for pampering the body, mind and spirit. Chavie says her new location will have the same feel – plus a “beachy paradise vibe.”

“I’m inspired by the energy of the area. It’s a different world, so peaceful and beautiful,” Chavie says. “I love what I do and am thankful to have built such a successful business with loyal clients throughout the Chicago area over the past decade. Now I can’t wait to expand my business in such a special place.”
