Mandatory Ebola Testing Ordered in Florida

Gov. Rick Scott signed an executive order that requires 21-day monitoring of those who visit affected countries.

Floridians who visit Sierra Leone, Liberia or Guinea on business or pleasure will find now find mandatory Ebola monitoring waiting for them when they return home.

Gov. Rick Scott has officially joined the governors of New York, New Jersey and Illinois in ordering a 21-day mandatory monitoring program for anyone who travels to Ebola-affected parts of the world. The test includes twice-daily monitoring, according to Bay News 9.
