His Sarasota visit comes just days after his arrest during Daytona Beach’s Bike Week. According to court documents, the 50-year-old was arrested Saturday and faces a misdemeanor charge of resisting an officer. He was also cited for panhandling.

While playing the guitar near the intersection of Main Street and S Fern Lane in Daytona Beach, Burck was “wearing a white in color underwear and a multi-color straw-hat during this incident, which caused crowds to form a circle around him, while panhandling,” the charging affidavit said.
